Cutbeat,
all screens

A concept for grassroots sports clubs: upload a match, get beat-synced highlight reels in three sizes and a personal clip for every player, without anyone editing video.

01WebsiteThe promise, the beat-sync idea and the club rules a volunteer sets once. 02MatchLoudness over 90 minutes with the detected moments, and which ones go in the reel. 03EditorTimeline on a 128 BPM grid with the winner on the drop. Press play to watch the cuts. 04ExportsThree sizes from one edit, scheduled posts, and player clips sent only with consent.

How it would be built

uploadFootage in

Resumable upload to object storage; proxies made with FFmpeg for fast scrubbing.

detectFind moments

Audio loudness, scoreboard OCR and ball tracking; a moment needs two signals.

musicBeat grid

Beat and drop detection on the licensed track; cuts snap to the grid.

renderCompose

Remotion templates for captions, scoreboard and end card; one edit, three sizes.

checkQA & post

Black and frozen frame scan, loudness to −14 LUFS, then scheduled posting.
